Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your KT by Knix gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original mailer, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
